Insurance
John C. Lincoln Health Network knows that when it comes to you and your family, nothing is more important than your health. That's why we provide employees with outstanding insurance benefits and options. Our employees become eligible for the benefits on the first day of the month following their date of employment, unless otherwise noted. (For example, an employee who starts work on April 6 becomes eligible on May 1.)
Paid Time Off
You work hard, and you deserve to enjoy time off! John C. Lincoln Health Network offers employees many paid time off benefits like Earned Time, Jury Duty, Bereavement Leave and Military Leave. In most cases, full-time employees can accrue up to 22 working days of earned time during a 12-month period of time.
Retirement Plans
It's important to plan for the future. John C. Lincoln Health Network helps employees do just that by offering two retirement plan options. Eligible employees have the option of participating in a Pension Plan 401(k) with a Network match and/or a Deferred Compensation Plan 403(b).
