Charge RN

Department: 4 East - Oncology
Schedule: Part-time
Shift: Night shift
Hours: 7P-7:30A -two shifts /week

Job Details:
- Associates degree required
- Current AZ or other compact state RN license
- Current BCLS/CPR Certification Required
- 1 Year Experience Required
The Charge Nurse is responsible and accountable for assisting the Clinical Director, in the management of that unit's assigned staff and patient population. Must be clinically knowledgeable and will perform the duties of the staff R.N.; collaborates with physicians in executing the medical plan of care. Demonstrates competency in caring for patients of specific ages as designated in unit structure standards. Requires current AZ RN or other compact state license plus ACLS and BCLS. Recent charge experience, supervisory or team lead experience in clinical specialty.
